📘Beginner's Guide

Which Team Composition Should You Choose?

  • This is a common question on every server. On this one, all classes have been reworked: spells have changed, new effects have been added, and each class has a unique passive.

  • At level 200, all spells become “best element,” which drastically alters the meta. Except for a few unpopular classes, everything is viable — so don’t hesitate to try what you enjoy. Here are a few example compositions:

  • Tryhard Comp: 1x Sadida, 2x Osamodas, 1x Sram

    • Sadida: Excellent DPS from the beginning and consistently strong throughout.

    • Osamodas: Deals good damage and applies strong AoE elemental weakness with Crackler Punch.

    • Sram: Decent damage and AoE weakness with Mass Trap.

Strongest in mid/late game. In early levels, the Sadida will carry your damage.

  • Personal Comp: Sadida, Enutrof, Ecaflip, Xelor

    • Enutrof: Significant MP reduction, unlimited ranged debuffs, and solid damage. With the right melee weapon, he’s devastating.

    • Ecaflip: Decent early with Fire build. Odorat and Wheel of Fortune provide good buffs.

    • Xelor: Weak before level 220, but very strong afterward with high AP, great DPS, and many chainable spells.

This is my current team. It’s far from optimal, but I enjoy it.

  • Balanced Comp: Sadida, Sram, Enutrof, Feca

    • Sram: Brings AoE weakness via Mass Trap. Huge damage once you reach 1/2 crit on Lethal Attack.

    • Enutrof: Useful for MP removal, debuffs, and solid damage with decent gear.

    • Feca: Excellent tank and support. Flaming Glyph also applies elemental weakness.

XP Path on Orion

  • This guide presents the most optimized XP path — the fastest, though often the least fun. We’ll also include some alternative, more varied paths.

    • Then, we’ll explore zones to farm runes and Recycla'Tokens.

XP Path from Level 1 to 200

  • You start at Incarnam: head straight to the Gobball Dungeon and farm it until level 50.

  • That’s enough to get your first gear. Next, go to Jellies to try your luck at the mythical Gelano and its set. Don’t worry about elemental optimization yet. If you want more AP, you can farm Fulgur Belts or Kamasutra Amulets, for example.

  • If you’re not rushing, feel free to explore Blops or other zones for your set, especially if you’re not playing Fire.

  • Once that’s done, head to the Ancient Treechnid Dungeon. It might be tough at first, but with strategy, you’ll get through. If not, do Blop Dungeons until level 100, then come back to farm the Ancient Treechnid for your second set.

    • Pro tip: Capture bosses and refight them with 8 characters in the arena — drop rates are low with only 4.

  • Once you have your 4 AA Sets, move on to Minotot Dungeon. Farm it repeatedly. Capture bosses and redo them in the arena under stars using 250-Ogrine potions — this mechanic is central to the server. Your goal: 4 Minotot Sets and level 180+.

    • Craft keys if you’re not dropping enough.

  • At level 180, you’ll probably need kamas. Farm Gladiatroll: 1M raw kamas per run, plus Gladiatons that you can sell to other players.

  • Now comes the serious part: forgemaging. Before now, simple overmaging was enough (though not essential). Now, aim for 4 Ougah Sets with PA exo, tailored to your element. Since drops are difficult, consider buying them in the market or crafting them.

  • Here are two level 200 example builds:

  • Once fully geared, aim for level 200. Two options: continue Minotot, or move to Qu'Tan. The latter gives more XP but is longer and harder.

XP Path from 201 to 300

At level 201, your goal is to get the Royalmouth Set and reach level 220. Just adapt the overmage/exo based on your element.

At level 220, two paths:

  1. Keep the RM Set until level 275, then swap for the Glours Set. It boosts damage but lowers resistances.

  2. Keep RM Set until 300, applying rare/mythical Power Runes after forgemaging.

For XP:

  • Farm Royalmouth (or Mansot if you need healing) until level 231.

  • Then switch to Korriander until 251.

  • Then to Glourseleste until 271.

At level 271, you unlock Nileza Dungeon. The Nileza + Sylargh Sets are currently the most optimized for level 300, especially with the Brageut Staff. Once the “best element” forgemage potion becomes available, just adjust your gear.

All Frigost 3 items drop in Nileza. You can trade 3 Frigost 3 items for tokens, then open a box to get the item of your choice.

⚠️ Warning: Nileza has dangerous mechanics. A tutorial is available on the community wiki via Discord. If it’s too hard, keep farming Glours and return later.

XP Path from 301 to 400

At this stage, your options are limited: keep farming Glours and Nileza for XP and Dofus.

Then head to Enutrosor Wave 3 until level 321 (you can skip the Nidas Set).

At level 321, go to the Shadow area and farm the Shadow Set for each of your characters. Without it, you won’t survive the next dungeon: Loki, currently the highest XP-yielding boss.

⚠️ Warning: monsters here hit very hard.

Forgemage Runes

For most runes, the best spot is the Kitsoune Dungeon. With decent prospecting, you’ll quickly generate a lot of runes. Crushing Kitsoune-crafted items yields tons of Ra Vi Runes.

For Ra Cha Runes, you have two options:

  1. Farm only Miners near the Sadida Temple mines.

  2. Farm the map right of Smith Dungeon — you’ll get fewer runes but lots of craft XP scrolls.

  • Ra Age Runes: Drop from Bolet Masters.

  • Ra Fo Runes: Drop from Mulous.

Recycla'Tokens

  • These tokens let you get many valuable items — like GaTa PA/MP (100% chance for AP/MP rune) or the Kitsoune’s Trickery spell, which in 8% of cases doubles your damage, and more to discover ...

  • Best ways to earn them:

    • Minotot: recycle Dofus and rare runes from your farming.

    • Frigost Bosses: lots of useless gear/lootboxes — recycle everything.

    • Enutrosor Wave 3 (best late-game):

      • Raw kamas via Dofus resale,

        • Recycla'Tokens from gear and rune recycling.

Kama Farming

  • Most rune-farming zones also work for kamas, but here are some tips:

  • Early game: Kitsoune Dungeon is excellent. If you have too many runes, sell items to the kama buyback NPC. You can earn ~300,000 kamas per dungeon run (under 1 minute) — the potential is huge.

  • Late game: Enutrosor Wave 3 is the best moneymaker.

  • Mid game: Gladiatroll (from level 151) is a great option:

    • 1M raw kamas per run (500k per character),

    • Gladiatons sell well to other players.

  • Most Dofus from level 201+ content can be sold to the item buyback NPC at .shop for a very nice kama boost.
